CX Boosts Jeddah Service
Cathay Pacific will increase its flights from Hong Kong (HKG) to Jeddah (JED) via Dubai (DXB), from four times a week to daily from March 28. Cathay launched its service to Saudi Arabia’s second major commercial city last October. With the additional flights Cathay will operate a total of 14 flights a week to Saudi Arabia, including a daily service to the capital, Riyadh (RUH). The daily service to Jeddah will utilize the Airbus A330-300 and depart Hong Kong at 23:55 daily arriving in Jeddah at 07:40 the following day. Return flights will leave Jeddah at 13:00 arriving in Hong Kong at 06:10 the following day.
