Autumn Delicacies At Yangcheng Lake

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts newest hotel in China is offering a special package showcasing the local area’s most famous seasonal culinary treat. Opened on Oct. 1, the 200-room Fairmont Yangcheng Lake in Kunshan is located between Shanghai and Suzhou in the Yangtze River Delta. Yangcheng Lake is famous among Chinese gourmands as the best location to source hairy crabs, a great seasonal delicacy. The hotel’s Inspiring Autumn package includes accommodation in a Lake View Room, a buffet breakfast for two, and a two-hour bicycle ride along the Yangcheng Lake followed by a feast of two steamed hairy crabs. Introductory room rates start at USD 175 and are available until Dec. 20.
