Last Chance To Stay At Historic KL Hotel

Kuala Lumpur’s historical hotel Carcosa Seri Negara closes its doors for a renovation and redevelopment programme. Originally built in 1904 as the official residence of the highest British representative to the Malay States, Carcosa Seri Negara is a hallmark of Malaysia’s national heritage. Following restoration, it reopened as a hotel in August 2004 and has since won numerous awards. Set in16 hectares of landscaped gardens, some of the hotel’s 13 Victorian-styled suites have sizeable terraces and private dining rooms. Antique paintings, hand-woven carpets and Malaysian artifacts complement the nostalgic ambience of the property. Carcosa Seri Negara is offering visitors one last chance to stay in this prestigious boutique hotel before the end of December. Packages start from USD 260 plus taxes per night for a junior suite. For details of more packages visit Carcosa Seri Negara at GHM Hotels.
