Celadon Palace Hotel Opens In Hue
Celadon International has opened its first 5-star hotel in Hue, Vietnam. The 222-room Celadon Palace Hotel is the flagship of the new hospitality brand and the first of its collection of new luxury hotels scheduled to open over the next year. Vietnam-based Celadon International is an emerging player in the country’s bourgeoning hospitality sector, headed by veteran hotelier Paul Stoll. Paying tribute to the former imperial capital’s rich heritage and Vietnam’s French colonial past, the design of the 222-room Celadon Palace Hotel aims to “resurrect the romance and grace of a bygone era” according to Stoll. The Celadon Palace Hotel’s deluxe guestrooms are spacious, starting from 377 square feet, and feature 42-inch plasma televisions. The hotel is only a 20-minute drive from Hue airport (HUI), which is a one hour and 20 minutes flight from Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) or one hour and 10 minutes flight from Hanoi (HAN).
