Fast Track Pass For Frequent Visitors To HK

Frequent visitors to Hong Kong can now clear immigration at Hong Kong International Airport with the same ease and speed as local residents using self-service immigration channels. Visitors enrolled in the scheme will be able to pass quickly through immigration Frequent Visitor e-Channels, at HKIA without completing arrival or departure cards.

To register for a Frequent Visitor pass, visitors must be aged 18 or above and be able to produce a valid HKSAR Travel Pass, APEC Business Travel Card with the economy code HKG, an existing HKIA Frequent Visitor Card or a frequent flyer programme membership card issued by a participating airline.

To date, members of Marco Polo Club, Cathay Pacific and Dragonair’s frequent flyer programme, are among the first frequent flyers eligible for the pass. All Marco Polo Club Silver tier and above members in possession of valid travel documents are eligible to apply for the new pass.

Visitors to Hong Kong can enroll free of charge at the Immigration Department of HKSAR airport office located at the airport arrival hall. The enrolment process involves taking a photograph, fingerprinting, signing an enrolment form and affixing a barcode sticker to the relevant travel document. For further details, and to view a video demonstration of the Frequent Visitor e-Channel, visit the Immigration Department website.
