Frasers Expands Brands
Singapore’s Frasers Hospitality has opened an innovative new 50-unit all-loft property in Singapore. Aimed at the tech-savvy business traveller, the design of Fraser Place Fusionopolis focuses on sleek modern interiors with facilities and services such as surround-sound entertainment systems, iPod docking stations, Nintendo Wii and wireless Internet access. Frasers has also launched a new brand called Modena in Tianjin, China. The 104-unit property is aimed at short- to mid-term guests. Frasers says it is targeting the “work hard, play hard” business traveller with its new brands.
